What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. There is no fee for rescheduling.
If you need to cancel the appointment, 48 hours advance notice is required.
If advance notice is not given, a 50% refund will be given instead of a full refund.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions via email on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
